"This is a printers proof for the poster bag produced by Beggars Banquet for The Cult 'Go West' 7" single in 1984.
Back then the record company would send these proofs of covers and artwork for approval by the band and I liked to keep them as cool items to go with the finished product. These days we are sent digital versions of everything for sign of so never see anything physical until the actual item is printed.
This particular one is very rare as it's flat and the actual cover was folded into squares to wrap around the single."
