“It was nice to see that “She Sells Sanctuary” appeared in Classic Rock magazine’s Top #100 Greatest guitar solos in 2016.
The live photo they used is one that really captures my “Love” era psychedelic biker look along with my “Sanctuary” White Falcon. My girlfriend at the time, Mich, was super handy with a needle and thread and she made me a few great stage shirts for me. This one was in the ‘Revolution” video as we were all told “to wear white” ha ha.
I also had it on for the photo shoot we did at Jacobs Studios while we were recording the “Love” album, so it made the gatefold sleeve also as well as a rare Japanese tour programme, which was the first place we went after finishing the album.”
