"When our UK record company, Beggars Banquet, produced this poster to promote the release of The Cult single 'Sun King' in 1989 they really did put "everything" into it.
It features silver printed lettering and the iconic image 'Sonic Temple' album cover image, a holographic sticker of the album cover (as featured on the 12" and CD), all four albums and a push for the UK tour dates. Possibly the hardest working piece of artwork in the band's history hahaha...
Interesting as well that the main wording is PURE CULT which we used a few years later for the "Best of" compilation with Beggars."
