“Bob’s Falcon and Les Paul Standard ready to rock with a pile o pedals! This is one of the three Les Paul Standards Bob had at the session and it’s a 1990s chambered model re worked to look like Duane Allman’s classic.
The others two Les Pauls were a re issue from 2000s of a ’57 gold top (like the one I have) and finally a 1953/54 original Gold Top that Bob had re-finished and re-worked with original PAF pickups and two piece bridge. This was to make it more like a ’58 but with a thinner neck profile and the finish was made to replicate one of Paul Kossoffs famous Les Pauls from back in the day.”
