PRE PRODUCTION RIG
“This is kind of a compact mini rig for pre production and basically it’s a Roland JC-77 which is a like my JC-120 but smaller with two 10 inch speakers. The amp next to it is from a San Diego company called Satellite and it’s was cool too….. more about them later once I use them on the album….”
THE PEDALS
“This is the current mix of effects pedals that I’m trying out for pre-production in the studio. The BOSS WAZA craft overdrive and blues driver… Park fuzz pedal, BOSS DM-3 delay and BOSS comp drive ..dunlop cry baby wah Q95 that’s close to the ones they make for me for live…. Dunlop whirlwind phase pedal and Love Tone Kalamazoo over drive.
Half of these are from my live rig stuff and the Park fuzz was a gift from that I picked up a few weeks ago at NAMM (from a company called Earthquaker Devices) and is the only fuzz pedal I’ve ever tried that I actually like!!!!!!
The comp drive by boss is a level booster that I’m messing around with… it makes amps more beefy which is always a good thing…..”
