Billy Duffy live in NOLA

Big arenas plus new dates…

Throughout my career I’ve been lucky enough to play some of the biggest arenas and stages in the world and whilst sometimes playing onstage in front of a passionate crowd in a small sweaty club is magical it’s equally exciting to take our music to big crowds who might not know the songs so well. The few dates we just played with GnR were exactly like that and feeling the response to ‘Deeply Ordered Chaos’ up there with the ‘hits’ was special. Hopefully we’ve picked up a few new fans or even had some reconnect!
After my last email we announced a string of more dates in North America in September and October to sit between the festivals already announced and you can see a list here…
Upcoming Shows

As I said last time we are still looking to add more dates before the end of the year so keep following at www.thecult.us. for updates.”

As we’ve had quite a few disappointed people get in touch we are taking delivery of more stock w/c 22nd so you’ll get another email then with an update. We also have a few brand new lines coming so exciting times.

Billy Duffy with the Ducati XDiavel

Ducati XDiavel Xperience…

Those of you who have been subscribed for a while will know I love my bikes and whilst I have passion for my British Triumph when I go on long rides I always take my Ducati Multistrada. That’s why I was so pleased to be invited along by my pay Jason Chinnok (Ducati USA Capo di Capo) to the Ducati XDiavel Xperience at Sturgis Bike Week. I really enjoyed the  helping Ducati establish a presence at there and it was a first time they’d been there in their 90 year history. I had great fun riding up from Denver on the XDiavel and taking part in the famous ‘Lord Mayor’s Ride’ around the amazing Black Hills of South Dakota. It’s truly a magical slice of Americana and whilst I’ve played Sturgis with The Cult a couple of times recently I was determined to return on a bike… so now thats done!!!
I also went back to Rapid City to see if I could find another Les Paul custom for $400 in a pawn shop but as expected……no luck there…those days are long gone… well the last one was in 1989 hahaha!!

So back to some Rest & Recreation before some more RnR in September.
